Petition to my Heavenly Father in relation to [insert name(s) of matters] and all other peripheral issues before agencies concerning the petitioner.

Summonsed:     The adversary. 1Peter 5:8.  Also known as the thief John 10:10

For I will proclaim the name of Adonai,

Come, declare the greatness of our God!

The Rock! His work is perfect ,

For all His ways are just.

A trustworth God Who does no wrong,

He is righteous and straight.

Deuteronomy 32: 3, 4

1. Lord I give honour to You and Your Throne and come before You as the Righteous Judge.
2. Lord before You and in this place only truth can be spoken by any and all parties.
3. The petitioner recognises and gives worship to the Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, Yeshua, who is King of Kings and Lord of Lords. By who’s most powerful and wonderful Name and by whose very blood I am able to enter into this place, and even to the Holy of Holies.
4. Lord I most willingly and with honour bend the knee and bow down to Him.
5. Lord I submit first my repentance for my imperfections.
6. I readily acknowledge I cannot on my own present perfectly here. I look though to my Advocate and Counsellor to intercede for me and guide me and to speak truth on my behalf.
7. Lord you implore me to put You in remembrance in Isiah 43:26 and I will do so many times in this petition, because you ask.
8. I ask also that these be heard by the adversary so that he understands the place I have with You.
9. I am a child of the Most High by virtue of John 1: 12 and 13.
10. I seek the authority of this Court over earthly courts.
11. I approach your Court and Your throne seeking justice where there has been none.
12. The Lord knows I have a matter in the [Insert name of court/tribunal].
13. And You also know that I have faced court matters of various sorts and various courts without respite for the last [insert time frame] now.
14. Lord You also know I have done so after seeking you in what is right in these matters, and to me the counsel has been to stand, as I have done.
15. I am very much aware of the human actions and cooperation in these matters. I nonetheless recognises the work of the thief (John 10:10).
16. I am also cognisant that the adversary has used these circumstances to bring me to and keep me in poverty and lack and has sought my demise and destruction.
17. There have of course, been human instruments through which he has worked, some even who claim to stand within your body and others without.
18. My prayer for these souls is for their rescue from the dominion of darkness. I align my heart with yours for their reconciliation.  For them I call for nothing more that they be subject to your justice grace and mercy.
19. You say in Ezekiel 33: 11, “I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they wicked turn from his way and live. Turn back in repentance from your evil ways!”
20. Father, you have reminded me of your Word which tells us of the Holy Spirit that,

“He…will convict the world of sin of the need of the Saviour, of righteousness, and about judgement” (John 16: 8)

21. The Holy Spirit’s conviction does not have the intent of condemnation, but salvation.
22. The Holy Spirit represents Jesus and acts on His behalf (John 14:26).
23. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth who comes from the Father (John 15:26).
24. Father you revealed these things about the Holy Spirit to me and how I should pray for those whom my human nature would want prosecuted.
25. You have given me permission to name them, and I am about to do so. [This may not be applicable]
26. I pray for those named that you lead them to a Godly sorrow that is in accord to the will of God that produces unabashed repentance that leads to salvation. (2 Corinthians 7: 8).
27. In that vein I name the following:

31. I call for fruit in keeping with repentance especially of those who claim to belong to the faith. (Matthew 3:8, Luke 3:8)
32. For those non human entities of the dominion of darkness I know there is no redemption and it is those I charge with orchestration in these issues.
33. You know it was not my desire that matters be in court and held doors open to more quiet resolution. These doors were not taken.
34. While I have sought justice in these courts it has been postponed and made complicated rather than delivered.
35. My petition to You is that my petitions to those courts and agencies on earth both stated and those that ought to be stated are delivered by You along with all things You know to be just.
36. My God, I know You love justice. You are the Just and Right God.  Righteousness and Justice are the foundation of your throne (Psalm 89:14).
37. Lord, I seek for You to stand in these matters for me and bring a swift and just end to them and that I at last have peace; Your shalom.
38. Your Word says in 2 Thessalonians 1: 6 and 7, “it is only just for God to repay with distress those who distress you…”
39. I ask for the words of my brother David in Psalm 35 to be done for me also,

Contend O Lord with those who contend with me; fight against those who fight

against me!

Take hold of shield and buckler, and stand up for my help.

Draw out also spear and javelin and close up the way of those who persecute me.

Say to me, “I am your deliverance.”

Let them be put to shame and dishonour who seek my life, let them be turned back

And confounded who plan my hurt!

Let them be as chaff before the wind, with the Angel of the Lord driving them on!

Let their way be through dark and slippery places, with the Angel of the Lord

                pursuing them

40. I seek the covering of 1 Chronicles 16:21 and 22 and Psalm 105: 14 and 15, which says of You,

“He allowed no man to oppress or exploit them,

And He reproved and punished kings for their sakes, saying, “Do not touch My

anointed ones

And do My prophets no harm””

41. I am of course, one of the anointed ones as recorded in 1 John 2: 20.
42. In Isiah 54: 15 You say,

“Behold they gather together and stir up strife, but it is not from Me. Whoever stirs up strife against you shall fall and surrender to you.”

43. You go on to say in Isiah 54: 17,

““But no weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises up against you in judgement you shall show to be in the wrong.

This peace righteousness security, triumph over opposition is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, those in whom the Ideal Servant of the Lord is reproduced: This is the righteous vindication which they obtain from Me, this is what I impart as their justification” says the Lord”

44. I plead with You as the author of Lamentations did in chapter 3:58 to 64,

“Adonai, you defended my cause

                You redeemed my life

Adonai, You see how I have been wronged

                Give judgements in my favour!

You have seen their vindictiveness

                and all their plots against me

You have heard their taunts Adonai

                and all their plots against me

                the whispered murmurings of my foes

                against me all day long

See how they sit or stand,

I am the butt of their taunts

Repay them Adonai

                as their deeds deserve.”

45. Another translation says it this way,

O Lord, you have pleaded my soul’s cause [you have guided me and protected me]

You have rescued and redeemed my life.

O Lord, you have seen the wrong [done to me]

Judge my case.

You have seen all their vengeance,

All their schemes against me

You have heard their reproach O Lord,

Ana all their schemes against me.

The lips and whispering of my assailants

Are against me all day long.

Look at their sitting and rising [their actions and secret counsels]

I am their mocking song [the subject of their ridicule]

You will repay them O Lord,

According to the works of their hands.”

46. Lord, I seek favourable rulings at this most high Throne that are binding on the earthly courts and executed on earth.
47. You have also shown me this from Your Word, in Psalm 64: 6 to 8,

“They think up acts of injustice and say, “We have accomplished a well devised

thing!”

For the inward though of each on is unsearchable and his heart is deep

But God will shoot an unexpected arrow at them

and suddenly they shall be wounded

and they will be made to stumble

Their own tongues turning against them

All who gaze upon them will shake their heads and flee away

And all men shall reverently fear and be in awe,

And they will declare the work of God,

For they will wisely consider and acknowledge it is His doing

And the uncompromisingly righteous shall be glad in the Lord and shall trust and                 take refuge in Him.”

48. Lord I am asking that this be the case for those who have come against me.
49. In Deutonomy 28: 7, You say,

“The Lord shall cause your enemies who rise up against you to be defeated before your face; They shall come against you one way and flee before you in seven ways.”

50. In Jeremiah 51: 36 You tell me,

“Behold, I am going to plead your case and exact full revenge for you.”

51. I call on You to do exactly that for me in these matters.
52. I call on You with my brother David in Psalms 35

Contend O Lord with those who contend with me;

Fight against those who fight against me

Take hold of shield and buckler,

And stand up for my help

53. In Psalms 40: 4 You declare to me,

“How blessed is the man who trusts in Adonai

and does not look to the arrogant

or those who rely on things that are false.”

54. Lord, Your word also says,

“Let those who favour my righteous cause and have pleasure in my uprightness shout for joy and be glad and say continually, ‘Let the Lord be magnified, who takes delight in the prosperity of His servant.”” (Psalm 35: 27)

55. Your Word also tells me,

“The Lord will make you the head and not the tail; and you will be above only and not be beneath…”(Deuteronomy 28:13).

56. Lord, You call me more than a conqueror in Romans 8:37.
57. Lord, You know I cannot bear these matters any more.
58. You know the extent of the grief it has all bought to me and my children also.
59. Lord I look to you now as my Abba Father (Romans 8:15), as the one who whose throne is founded on righteousness and justice (Psalm 89:14) to intervene in these matters.
60. Your Son, in who’s Name I come before You, the only Name by which I can, said to us,

“And will not our just God defend and avenge His elect His chosen ones who cry out to him day and night? Will He delay in providing Justice on their behalf?

I tell you that He will defend and avenge them quickly.” (Luke 18:7, 8)

61. Lord, be to me as Boaz. Do not rest until the matter has settled today. (Ruth 3:18).
62. Lord I know You delight in hearing Your Word and I have more to repeat to you that is pertinent.
63. Lord I also wish to specifically bring before you my financial situation as a separate petition, though very much interconnected with the subject of this prayer.
64. I couple that with this and with the portions of your Word that I bring to your remembrance in that prayer. (Isiah 43: 26)
